Dr. Vo was quick, efficient and straightforward. Avery, who I spent the most time with, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. She didn’t automatically steer me toward the most expensive pair of glasses or feed me any BS like so many people in customer service do. Her calm demeanor made the entire selection process easy, and her passion for optometry was obvious. I’ve been in sales and client relations for most of my professional career, and I can hands down say this was one of the most enjoyable, non-pressured customer service experiences I’ve ever had! People should take note from Avery. Thanks so much to the entire team!

Mary was AWESOME! She went above and beyond to assist both me and my husband. I really appreciate the time and effort that she put into making sure we got what we needed.

I switched to Eyecare Specialties from Lenscrafters and it has proven to be an exceptional choice! Today, I went in to get another pair of glasses to update my wardrobe, and Mary helped immensely! She had great suggestions on which frames look good on my face shape, and she was supportive of my economical choices. Costumer service is 20x better than when they were located in the old building, I ordered my glasses and they showed up just a few days later, the staff were very nice and inviting

I had a wonderful experience here. This location is in the Denver Health Complex and is extremely busy. I had to wait only a few minutes to get help. Jason the Manager helped me out. He was extremely nice and professional. He took the time to pick out glasses with me and made sure they were exactly what I wanted. He was so great I came back the following Monday to order myself a fancy new pair of Ray Bans.

I visited this location because Roman had been so helpful, personable and courteous on the phone. I went to get lenses for frames I owned and he greeted me instantly. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Also the other staff were helping other customers. This location helps a lot of people who choose to save time and get great eyeglasses from a super convenient location. Thank you Roman and ladies for your hard work.

02/22/20 - If you're coming in on an early Saturday afternoon (when there's no line) to just get your glasses fixed, the negative reviews shouldn't be relevant to your visit. If you're there for anything else at any other time of any other day, my positive review may not be relevant to you. It was a quick fix (a screw fell out) and she adjusted the frames so they'd fit better too. Took maybe two minutes. The only difficulty was finding the building (it's the D part of the E building IIRC).

I’ve been to several different eye doctors and this was my best experience so far. They were very patient with me, friendly, and had excellent communication skills. Great selections for glasses too. Knowledgeable staff that actually explains stuff to you and they don’t make you feel stupid! Yeah definitely recommend this place. I already have my husband signing up for his appointment here.

Great service from everyone I come into contact with. Every eye exam I get is very thorough no matter which doctor and every question is answered without feeling rushed. I have also had amazing help when it comes to picking out glasses from all the staff up front.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Mahaney, and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He carefully addressed all of my concerns, and I left feeling very positive about my vision. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the technicians, was outstanding and truly made the experience a highlight. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking excellent eye care.

Dr. Ricke and staff are kind, caring, professional and very efficient. I am so glad I had to opportunity to see them again this year for my diabetic eye exam. The technology they have on site for testing is impressive. I now look forward to going to see them, instead of dreading getting my eyes dilated, like at other offices. Best eye exam ever! Office was organized and friendly. Called me in rt at time of when my appt was scheduled which was great and respectful of my time. Thorough, including state of the art machine to look in bk of your eyes without dilation drops- Dr. was wonderful, professional, experienced and explained everything. Rose was my doc and she was the best!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about EyeCare Specialties of Colorado! Dr. Kruglet, Ivonne, and Mark were all absolutely incredible. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for, never rushed or pressured. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. The technology and equipment are state-of-the-art, but what impressed me even more was the level of personal attention and care I received. When it came time to choose glasses, there was zero pressure to spend more than I wanted to, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable instead of overwhelming. Truly some of the best eye care and customer service I’ve ever received. I left feeling confident that I understood my vision and my options, and that they genuinely wanted what was best for me. Dr. Kruglet, Ivonne, and Mark are fantastic. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. K Pedersen and her staff were an immense help to me. I had an eye emergency and they treated me with great care and graciously accommodated me when I was unannounced and in need of help. I also have eye exams and purchase glasses there. Their staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy doing business with them, And very grateful for their help in my emergency.

Sumner Vision is an exceptional place to go for eye glasses and contact lenses. The doctors are excellent and the staff is very kind, efficient and accommodating. My husband and I both highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at this location and highly recommend Dr Sobhi. I was very nervous about a floater in my eye due to past complications. Dr Sobhi took her time and even double checked the images to make sure it's not a major problem. I felt reassured and feeling better after my visit.

My experience with Best Eyecare Associates has been excellent. The entire staff was patient, polite, and professional throughout my visit. After my exam, I ordered contacts and found their pricing to be even more competitive than VSP's online store rates. I will not hesitate to recommend this office to my family and friends.

Great place for eye exam and glasses had a much better experience here took care of all my needs and was treated better than at Vison Works, Lens Crafters and far better than Alpine Vision!

Dr. Kelly did a fantastic job correcting my vision. I see better than I have in the past. She spent so much time with me. She is so friendly and professional. I appreciate all she's done for me and I know all her patients would say the same.

Golden Vision Clinic completely saved the day for my daughter while she was visiting the area from out of state on a band trip. After she damaged her contact, I called the clinic and spoke with Jolene/Julie (sp?), who was incredibly understanding and helpful. She went out of her way to arrange a trial lens pickup so my daughter could enjoy the rest of her trip stress-free. Thank you for your amazing kindness and for going above and beyond!

So I happened to stumble into their office one day due to not knowing the area very well while visiting and needed directions. I was amazed at how respectful and nice the employees are here! I felt welcomed and they assisted me in finding my way around. The office is incredibly clean and once I move to Colorado Springs I fully intend to use their services for my horrid eyesight.
